How do I know which size of collar to get?

The best way to know which size collar to order is to measure your dog’s neck with a soft measuring tape. The measuring tape shouldn’t be too tight or too loose. To get the perfect fit, you should be able to slip two fingers underneath the measuring tape. Luckily, our collars are very adjustable.

 

How do I clean my collar/leash?

Soak your collar in warm water and use a gentle soap. If the collar is extra dirty, use an old toothbrush to gently scrub away at any extra grime. Rinse and lay flat to dry indoors. 

Can my dog go swimming in your collars?

Yes! The webbing is made from polyester, it is water resistant, and does not stretch when wet like collars made from nylon webbing. For any salt water adventures we recommend rinsing and cleaning the hardware right away to avoid any rust in the hardware.

 

Help! My dog chewed up my collar, can I get a replacement?

Sorry, we don’t offer replacements for lost or damaged collars. We will however, cover any manufacturer defects within 30 days. 

 
Can I send you a collar to add Fi links to?

No, Fi links will only be added to a new Beastly Moon collars.

 

What is the smallest Fi collar you make?

The smallest collar we make is our Inline XS Fi compatible collar that fits dogs with 12 inch necks. 

 

Will the Fi add-on work with the older style Fi devices?

No, our Fi link add-on will only work with the Series 3 Fi devices. If your links are silver in color then our links will not work with your Fi device.

 

Do you do custom orders?

Yes! If you don't mind a 4-6 week wait, you can place a custom order. Some variations include smaller or larger sizes on a collar, different dog leash lengths, and ordering a different style collars like a martingale. Please email alexis@beastlymoon.com for any questions and to place a custom order.


Can I cancel my order?

We accept cancellations within 24 hours of purchase, please email us at alexis@beastlymoon.com with your order number. 

Do you have Returns?

Yes, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery date of order. To be eligible, item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Final sale items and gift cards are the only items that not eligible for returns. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless it was a Beastly Moon error. If your item is approved for a return then your refund will be processed. Please email alexis@beastlymoon.com for any questions.
